• Personal data storage: When clients request samples / place orders, we will take details which will include name, address, phone number and email for purposes of contacting them throughout their enquiry / order. All client details are held securely online. The computer is kept in a locked premises overnight. Completed order details are retained for up to 7 years. Client details are never shared with third parties. Our data is retained indefinitely unless expressly asked to be deleted.
